Sneak Peek-age.....

Here's a little sneak peek-age of our maternity pictures we had taken this morning in Highland Park and Deep Ellem. We had such a great time with one of my old Pi Phi sisters, Jessica Price, who is now a photographer. We can't wait to see the rest of them!!!

First Shower

This past Thursday Lovie (Ben's mom), GGNana (Ben's Nana), Allie, Brigham and I all flew up to Kansas City, MO for my first shower.  Aunt Jan and Cousin Tiffany were so sweet to host a wonderful shower for me for all of Ben's family up in Kansas City. Aunt Jan and Tiffany served a delicious brunch and we had such a great time visiting with family. It was so great to see everyone and we can't wait to introduce Arrington to them after she makes her entrance! Thank you so much to the Harper family for having us and for such great hospitality! We love you! :)

It's Official...

Hello THIRD trimester!!! I greet you with open arms! Pregnancy has been very nice to me and I have loved this adventure so far. Hopefully my third trimester will be just as nice. I can't believe that I am 3 months away from meeting my sweet sweet angel. Daddy and I already love our little Arrington to the moon and back and can hardly wait till February. We have started on her room and I will be posting pictures of the progress. All the furniture is in and has been assembled, except for the crib. We have all the fabric for her bedding and that will be started next week. The painter is coming tonight to take a look at the room and give us a quote. We have the paint and the chair rail ready, the rocker should be shipped within the next two weeks, and we are going with GGNana today to pick up Arrington's adorable chandelier. Thank you so much to both of our wonderful amazing families for helping us with her room! Our little angel will have a room fit for a princess :)

26 Weeks

Arrington is growing like a weed! We had our 26 week appointment and also a sonogram last Thursday. Everything is going great and our little sweetie was estimated at weighing a whole 1lb. and 12 oz. The sonographer said that Arrington's head was very low and was positioned down in the pelvic area. No wonder I have to go to the bathroom constantly. I had my glucose test, which was not bad at all. I actually did not mind the orange sugar loaded drink at all, since I am constantly craving sweets. I also went ahead and had my H1N1 shot, since we will be flying to Kansas City on Thursday, for my first baby shower. I am so excited! We will have our next appointment at 30 weeks, and after that we start going every two weeks! YAYYYYYY! Arrington is now kicking and moving up a storm. You can see my belly move, which I think is pretty cool! Sometimes it feels like she is trying to escape! During church on Sundays Arrington loves kicking and moving to the music.

Waving HELLO to Everyone!!! :)

If you look close you will notice that she is doing a high kick. Yes, that is her leg in front of her face. Little Miss Missy is also blowing herself some bubbles!!

I really did not like the sonographer this time. She had zero personality and did not take the greatest of pictures, which I was a little dissapointed, because who doesn't like seeing their little one!

Halloween

We had such a great Halloween! We first went over to Billie and Allie's to see Brigham for her first Halloween. Little Briggy looked so cute in her adorable froggy costume. We ate some great chili, and I had Lovie (Ben's mom) finish off our Halloween costume by painting my belly a pumpkin. Needless to say, our little Arrington was a Punkin for her first Halloween! We then headed over to Hillary's for her Halloween party. There were so many great costumes, and we had such a spooky time! I can't wait for Halloween next year with Arrington! She will by then be a BIG 8 months old, and hopefully really enjoy the festivities! I see many Pumpkin Patches, Boo at the Zoo adventures, late night Pumpkin Carving and Halloween Carnivals in our FUTURE!

Brigham

Thursday we have a doctor's appointment and we will get to see Arrington! Yay! They are going to be checking her size and weight, since she measured behind last time. I can't wait to see how much she has grown! I also have my much dreaded glucose test. Yuck!
