Our sweet Baby Girl turned 18 months on August 9th! Where in the world does time go!?! And how is my angel half way to being
2 years old! Ahhhhh, please slow down little one... as there is no rush!
Arrington is growing like a weed intellectually and literally! I think Arrington's 'biggest change' was around 16 months. She started walking, talking, and imitating a ton more. Now that she is 18 months she has added a ton of new things to her repertoire. Sweet Angel is expanding her vocabulary daily and speaks what we like to call, Arri-nese. Some words, with a little jibber jabber in between. So cute! I love when she will walk around the house saying, "Mommy Mommy" and also will point to every picture Ben is in and say, "Dada". She also loves her some ABC's! Our Leap Frog DVD has taught her the sound each letter makes! She will point at letter and make their sound and is pretty much obsessed with letters. Smart girl! Somehow, she has learned a naughty phrase, and I'm pointing all fingers at Daddy ;)! "Oh s**t"! She uses it in many different context and they are always right. Ben was changing Bennett's poopy diaper the other day and she pointed to it... I'm sure you can guess what she said! Oh dear... I think I will start washing out Daddy's mouth with soap.
She is one of the sweetest lil' girls and will share tons of hugs and kisses with just about anyone. Arrington loves to wave and blow kisses at strangers, and there is no way we can get out of a store without a new friend. We take nightly walks, and she will wave at every passing car. Oh, and my ultimate most favorite thing.... and I have been waiting for these 3 little words... she says, "I lo you"! Sweet baby of ours melts my heart.
Arrington is definitely Mommy's little side kick these days. She loves following me around and imitating what I am doing. While I'm getting ready in the morning she loves to play in my cabinets and put lotion on her and I. Sweet thing she is! She loves to clean, pick up, and wipe hers and her brothers face. If you hand her a wet cloth she will even scrub your floor. She's quite a dandy and a keeper for sure! Arrington is free Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to clean any houses if needed ;)
Arrington loves her baby brother and tends to his needs often. If he starts to fuss she will go over, pat him, while also trying to share her binki with him. As I stated earlier, she loves to wipe his nose or the slobber off his face. You can often find her playing with him on his play mat sharing a sweet moment. What I absolutely ADORE is when she will nonchalantly hold his hand or give him sweet kisses.
MELTS. ME. COMPLETELY!
Here are a few of Arrington's LOVES!
Arrington loves to dance, sing, and pretty much entertain a crowd! She loves the wiggle dance from Yo Gabba Gabba. You can often hear her saying 'Bubble' for Bubble Guppies. Backyardigans and Mickey Mouse gets her screaming with excitement. Sister loves her some shows! She is also quite fond of some jewelry. Girl loves her some sparkles and bling bling! She loves all things water related... including going under water, slides, and blowing bubbles... but absolutely hates having her hair rinsed. I can not express to you how much she loves her bed. This girl will even ask to go to sleep. She won't even let us rock her anymore... sad face... she can't wait to get in there to lay her head. Loves animals... I'm pretty sure Viv and I are in a tie for best friend status ;) Speaking of Viv, Arrington loves to boss that poor pup around. She tells her to get inside with a wave of a hand and a grunt. It's pretty cute if you ask us ;)

Getting better day by day at using utensils
Not a fan of getting her picture taken anymore
Has become a lil snoot when it comes to foods.
I know I could go on and on about our angel baby, but this is all I could think of for now.
