Our little one is now sleeping through the night (8-10 hours), KNOCK ON WOOD, and only waking to feed once around 4-6 a.m. and then going back to sleep till about 9:00 and then taking another nap till 11:00. Wow, how this makes life easier! At 5 weeks Arrington also had her first bottle. And guess what, Daddy got to feed his little princess! He was LOVING it! On this big day, Arrington also took a nap for the first time in her crib. Arrington is also starting to coo and find her own little voice. It is just the sweetest thing. She is also smiling BIG smiles that melt our hearts more and more. Arrington will also lay in one place for a longer period of time and either stare and bat at her mobile (she has finally found her hands) or stare at her black and white book! This makes getting ready and doing chores around the house way easier for this Momma! Arrington HATES her carrier so car rides are horrible. Luckily, Lovie and BPaw got her a dvd player that you can hang on the back of the seat so she can watch Baby Einstein. She is starting to focus and watch more and more of the Baby Einstein everyday, which keeps her content for a little while in the car. When shopping or eating out I don't even bring her in the carrier, I just carry her in the Moby. What a LIFE SAVOR that is! She loves it and goes right to sleep! I hope to get some videos of her up here soon, since we just bought a new camcorder!
