Half Way...

To a Year...

Well, six months has gone and passed us quite some time ago! Let's just say, its hard to find time to blog with these two sweet babies to love on all day. 

Bennett's half birthday was October 20th, which seems like just yesterday to me. Speaking of yesterday... wasn't I just holding my sweet 6 lb. 6 oz. baby boy!?! If only time could stand still, or just not fly by so fast. Tear. I catch myself thinking of how fast they are growing up and my heart hurts. Now, don't get me wrong, I love to see them grow and learn, but I know someday they won't want me to rock them anymore, or won't offer those sweet baby kisses. They will be just too darn big for their Mommy to hold and it will be So Not the Cool thing to do :(. Where is my tissue!?! 

Onto our growing boy. Bennett is quite the lil' prince and has stolen our hearts in this household, along with some others along the way. He is such a sweet baby with the most beautiful baby blues I have seen, and quite the snuggle bug, which I cherish. He is getting so big and we are seeing more and more of his personality develop.

At 6 months Bennett weighed 16 lbs. 10 oz.

25.5 inches long

wears 6 and 6-9 month clothing

size 1 shoe

rolls both ways

says "dada"

doing so much better with bottles, and still loving his binki

is such a lil' kisser! He will grab your face with both hands and plant one big ole' slobbery baby kiss! Mommy LOVES them!

most definitely a Mommy's boy! If he sees me and I'm not holding him he makes the saddest face along with some tears

Just about gives everyone a smile. One lucky Mommy to have two very smiley babies!

Not too into the baby food, and prefers "real" food. Mashed potatoes, greens beans, peas, yogurt, puffs, and yogurt bites

starting to pick food up on his own... not too many make it into his mouth yet

absolutely loves his sippy cup... I don't know what he likes more, to chew on the spout or that tasty water

loves his play mat, but it venturing off of it to explore

quite fond of his walker, and will scoot in it to find his sister ;) He also loves to have his toys piled up on it, just so he can drop them off the side one by one. Lil' stinker

Lil' man has quite the lil' temper on him if a toy or something he has is taken away from him. And, let me tell you he is one strong boy. Once he gets his 'death grip' you have to pry his hands open to release the object. Not so fun when he finds your hair, or better yet an earring

God has truly blessed us with our sweet Bennett. We love you more than you can imagine, to the Moon & Back, to Infinity & Beyond!
