The day after Thanksgiving my whole family, plus my cousins Natalie (lives in Florida), Nathan (lives in Virginia), Niles (lives in Austin), Aunt and Uncle (lives in India), and my Aunt's side of the family who are from Amarillo, all vacationed together in Georgia at Reynolds Plantation. The reason for the reunion was my Uncle's 50th birthday and what a great way to celebrate! As you can see, we are spread out not only across the U.S., but also overseas. It's so nice to have had the chance for everyone to meet up for a nice relaxing vacation.
Reynolds Plantation is BEAUTIFUL! And not only beautiful, but the perfect spot for a nice, relaxing, family vacation! We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Lodge on Lake Oconee. Since it was around the holidays everything was very much family oriented. There were smore's by the campfire each night, an amazing playground, canoeing, boating, a huge train made out of gingerbread, a train that went around the front of the hotel, golfing, beautiful scenery (it backed up to a lake), decorated to the 't' for Christmas, amazing food, and SO much more. I fell in love with this gorgeous quaint town and everything about where we stayed. I am hoping to make this a family trip each year. Thank you so much to Nana, Papa, Yaya, and Pops for making this trip so spectacular and to Kerri for planning this amazing celebration!
The first day we scoped out our hotel and everything it had to offer. The golf course was beautiful, so we sat out on the patio and enjoyed a nice glass of wine, while taking in the scenery and all the golfers. That night we all went to celebrate my Uncle's 50th at a local steak restaurant and catch up with everyone.

Arrington instantly fell in love with my Aunt's niece, Joey
Barry received a wig and these awesome beer glasses from his wife... the wig kinda resembles when he HAD hair back in the day ;)
